Our heavy fabrication section is housed in two 30000 square foot units. Here we can accommodate up to 32 tonne fabrications. Each unit is some 50m long and both are equipped with overhead cranes with at least 4m headroom.

A full range of machine tools support both facilities, including a horizontal boring machine and powerful radial drill. Significant investment has recently been made in heavy shearing, cutting and bending equipment to boost capacity, which currently exceeds 300 tonnes per month. Plates can be cut upto 40mm thick and bending on the latest cnc brake press upto 20mm thick.
